How do I buy tickets and can I refund a 3BFest ticket?

3B Fest tickets are sold exclusively on iaBilet.ro, Eventim and Cărturești. Payment is by card or other methods accepted by the parteners, and confirmation arrives instantly by email. Ticket refunds follow each partener's policy, usually up to 48 hours before the event — check the current terms . We recommend buying early because prices may rise as a category sells out.

Can I bring my own drinks or food into Arenele Romane?

Accepted Answer

No, drinks and food brought from home are not allowed at 3BFest. The restriction stems from licensing and safety reasons valid for all events at Arenele Romane. Inside the festival you will find several bars and food trucks with varied options, including vegetarian and vegan. Empty water bottles up to 0.5L are allowed and can be refilled at the water stations.

What is the minor access policy?

Accepted Answer

Access for minors under 16 is permitted only if they are accompanied by an adult. Children under 14 have free access to the concert, exclusively under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians. For them, the use of hearing protection headphones is recommended; these can also be purchased at the entrance. Pupils and students benefit from reduced-price access.

How do I get to Arenele Romane and where do I park on festival day?

Accepted Answer

The fastest option is the metro, Tineretului station on line M2, about 8 minutes on foot from Arenele Romane. There are also STB tram and bus lines with nearby stops. For drivers, public parking exists around Tineretului Park, but spots fill up quickly on festival evening. We strongly recommend Uber or Bolt, especially for the after-party.

What if I lose my 3B Fest ticket or wristband?

Accepted Answer

If you lose your e-ticket, go to the information point at the main entrance with an ID. If the ticket was bought in your name, we will verify in the system and issue a new wristband. For a physical wristband lost inside the festival, go to the information point near the bar area; the original wristband will be voided and a new one issued based on your ID.

Can I film or take photos during 3B Fest concerts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, personal filming and photos are allowed throughout 3BFest 2026. For professional filming, press, TV or radio, prior accreditation is required. Send a request to presa@3bfest.ro with the publication, period and equipment type, ideally at least 2 weeks before the event. Approved accreditations get a dedicated wristband and access to the press area near the main stage.

How do I reach the 3B Fest team in case of emergency?

Accepted Answer

During the festival, approach any staff member wearing a 3BFest shirt or identifiable wristband. The medical and safety point is located near the main entrance, clearly signposted. For harassment or safety reports, write to siguranta@3bfest.ro. National emergency numbers (112) remain valid for any serious medical situation.
